Design & Fabric
We have Techpack designer to facilitate your production & we have a great fabric sourcing & vertical setup to bring out excellent texture fabrics comprising of Cotton & Cotton blends. We have capacity as well to import fabrics from China.
Merchandising & Production
With our well-trained Merchandisers that can diligently do sourcing,costing,followup & our production team spearheaded by versatile manager who supervises the production from Raw Material inhouse to store to finished product. Our Production manager has significant knowledge on Lean Six Sigma & he always tries to find the best workable output. Keeping in mind that Lead time is crucial for order completion, a proper identified and established production plan under TPM is managed.
Quality Assurance & Shipping
Everything fails if Quality fails. This is an important understanding we believe & thus we have a zero-tolerance policy on Quality Assurance. Our experienced team continuously conducts In-Line, Mid-Line & Final Inspection, Proven implemented Traffic Light system & constant data analyzing of DHU matched with defect gallery. We go in-depth in finding the root cause & then take credible measures to counter it be it operator training requirement or machine commissioning. We are extremely careful in Fabric inspection & cutting parameters. raw Materials handling and section to section transfers are well recorded for any evaluation. Finished goods section is always protected & under 24×7 Surveillance while we follow C-TPAT system till shipping is done. Since we have ISO 9001, we are following a practice of getting Customer complaints & continuous improvement charters.
